No. The Mostik event app is a PWA that opens from a link or QR code right in the browser — attendees don't download anything from app stores or manage updates. Send the link, and they're in.

A day is a realistic estimate: the agenda, pages and a theme in your colors come together in the no-code builder. Before publishing you can preview the app exactly as attendees will see it, and since the first 14 days are free, you can build and evaluate the result before paying anything.

Nothing unexpected: we don't ask for a card, so there are no automatic charges — the trial simply ends. When you're ready to run your event, you pay for the Basic plan: ₽4,990 per event with no subscription.

It's the period during which your event app runs in full mode: preparation, the event itself, and the time right after it. For most events that's plenty, and attendee materials remain available longer — see the next question.

The app keeps working. Vault — materials, contacts and notes — stays with every attendee, so nothing needs to be hastily saved or forwarded to email.

Yes. The platform goes through regular load testing on our own test rig as part of the development cycle. Numbers from the next control run will be published right here. For especially large events there's the Dedicated server add-on — separate capacity reserved for your event.

Processing follows the Russian personal data law (152-FZ): only an email address is required, everything else is optional. We don't sell data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and after an account is deleted the data is erased within 30 days. The details are in our privacy policy.

The app is assembled from ready-made blocks with a live preview, and every admin screen has an assistant you can ask questions in plain language. If time is truly short, the Data import add-on is available: you send us the materials, and we fill in the schedule, speakers and content. For the event day itself you can add event-day support.

Mostik works differently: the price is public — ₽4,990 per event with no subscription, sign-up needs no brief or sales call, and the number of attendees is unlimited. Mostik is a full mobile event app: a live agenda with personal schedules, a venue map, polls and speaker Q&A, QR check-in, and materials that stay after the finale. You can keep the channel for announcements — the app takes care of everything else.
